Dreaded tin worm

The initial news from Central Garage on the Yellow Peril is not good - amongst other more minor matters such as new wiper blades and exhaust brackets the poor thing needs a serious amount of welding in order to pass the MOT. I am waiting for a quote and it's not going to be good. Apparently British Leyland's finest continues to rust even when not being used and in a garage!

Finally some action

Have finally taken action and booked the yellow peril in for the remedials necessary after its last few outings - namely a new bracket to fix up the exhaust, a new fog lamp and correcting the windscreen wipers - These bizarrely operate in reverse now, sweeping into the bonnet at each opportunity. After that hopefully it will pass its MOT without much else needing to be done!
